This is a quick and easy, tasty dish. It goes well with rice.
Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1) 950g green beans;
2) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp minced ginger;
3) ½ tsp salt, 2/3 cup water, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/3 tsp sugar, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Remove ends of green beans, wash and cut beans in half.
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat. Sauté minced garlic and ginger for a minute (Picture 1). Add beans and ½ tsp salt, stir and sauté for a couple of minutes (Picture 2).
3: Add water of Ingredient 3) (Picture 3) and reduce heat to medium. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes, until beans become fully cooked and soft. Add Oyster sauce (Best to use this brand) (Picture 4), and other ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 5). Stir and cook until sauce thickened.
4: Finally add 1 tsp sesame oil. Stir to mix, then transfer to a serving plate.
You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand.
It seems too complex and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your
next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
When I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the

and from now on each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the exact same comment.
There has to be an easy method you can remove me from that service?
Kudos!
