Madrid Spain (part 2)
马德里(二)复活节鼓乐游行 by 毛毛爸 在马德里的几天天气不好,老是下雨,所以去丽池公园划船等户外活动就改成去两个美术馆,美术馆以后再叙。 这一集先讲讲吃的,我们的住处就在马约尔大街Calle Mayor楼上,对面的马约尔大街41号是一家卖Turron杏仁糖的专门店 https://www.vicens.com/en/ 从1775年开始它家在Agramunt小镇上做西班牙传统的杏仁糖,在Agramunt居然还有一个Turron杏仁糖博物馆。现在已经发展出150多种口味,最常见的有三种: (一)杏仁牛轧糖(把杏仁片和蛋白混合,相当于上海的花生牛轧糖),甜味很淡 (二)把杏仁磨成粉加蛋白做成膏状软糖, (三)还有加蜂蜜做成marzipan。这三种店里都有样品试吃 其他五花八门的品种就更多了,比如开心果和巧克力风味的。我们买了6种不同的杏仁牛轧糖,还有两包巧克力。回来一尝都非常满意,只遗憾买少了。 往东走5分钟,马约尔大街2号的街角上有一家网红甜品烘焙店La Mallorquina https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Review-g187514-d2071743-Reviews-La_Mallorquina-Madrid.html 橱窗里琳琅满目的甜品,哪一种都好看 店里的一角可以供顾客坐下来吃,甜品切开了放在小碟上,想吃哪一个就点哪一个。店里面对面有两个柜台,柜台前挤满了人。店员动作熟练地为顾客打上漂亮的粉红色包装纸 厚厚的像French toast是西班牙复活节特有的Torrijas面包,面包片油炸以后浸泡在蜂蜜和肉桂粉中过夜。西班牙当地人必买这款,我倒是觉得太甜、肉桂味太重了。 马约尔大街Calle Mayor往南走100米是圣迈克尔室内食品市场 Mercado de San Miguel https://mercadodesanmiguel.es/ 我们这次行程去的里斯本、巴塞罗那、马德里三地都有这样的室内食品市场加餐饮,它们好像更受年轻人的欢迎。 继续往南走就是马德里的拉丁区,这里餐馆非常丰富,推荐以下几个网评好的(我们自己没有去过) • Toga Restaurante,周一关门,其余时间晚上8点到12点,订位电话 00-34-910414439 • Ástor,周一关门,其余时间晚上8点半到12点,订位电话 00-34-910 39 80 00 电邮:restauranteastor@gmail.com • … Continue reading
