【芹菜炒素鹅】
【芹菜炒素鹅】 by 毛毛妈 华人超市买的这个五香素鹅,质量不错,芹菜一把来炒,挺好吃。 用料: 1:水芹菜一把300克,择去老叶洗净备用; 2:五香素鹅一包400克,见图1看看长啥样; 3:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,姜丝1茶匙; 4:厨酒2茶匙,水2-3大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,金兰酱油膏1大匙; 5:鸡粉1/6茶匙,香油1茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、芹菜切寸段,五香素鹅对半切开,然后切薄片待用(图2)。 2、不粘锅,加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大中火,炒香2料里的葱花,蒜蓉及姜丝(图3),放素鹅片,翻炒1分钟(图4)。然后放入4料里的厨酒,水和生抽,稍炒1-2分钟(图5)。 3、然后下水芹菜段,翻炒半分钟,依次放入剩余4料(图6),炒至芹菜断生,放入5料兜匀出锅。 You might also like:【桂花酒酿汤圆】【奶黄馅面包】+微波炉做奶黄馅 by 毛毛妈菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets鸡肉生煎包Pan Fried Chicken Buns
