【红糟溜鸡丁】 by 毛毛妈 上班的主妇们可以试试这个菜,头一天把鸡肉切丁拌上腌料冰箱过夜,第二天,几分钟就可以做出嫩滑入味的菜上桌。 用料: 1:去皮去骨鸡腿肉525克(Costco有卖),生抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1茶匙,生粉1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,水1大匙; 2:橄榄油2大匙,姜3-4片,葱花1.5大匙; 3:红糟1.5大匙,头抽酱油1.5大匙,糖1/3茶匙; 4:蒜苗切细丁1.5大匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、前一天鸡肉切丁,加所有剩余1料(图1),抓捏均匀(图2),保湿冰箱过夜。这样鸡肉会很嫩。 2、不粘锅,加2大匙油,置炉上开大中火,炒香2料里的姜片,葱花(图3),下鸡肉翻炒几下(图4),下红糟炒至鸡丁8成。 3、放入剩余3料的酱油和糖,炒至汁浓(图5)鸡丁刚熟,最后下4料的蒜苗(图6),兜匀出锅。 You might also like:绿豆蓉菠萝包【简易八宝饭】【紫薯广式月饼】熏鸡Chinese Style Smoked Chicken熏鸡Chinese Style Smoked Chicken
