by MaomaoMom
Trust me, your guests will love these layered, soft inside and flaky tender outside biscuits. They are quick and easy to make too.
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 14 minutes
Level: Medium
Serves: 7 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 cup all purpose flour (160g), ½ tsp salt, 1.75 tsp baking powder, 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
2) 1/2 cup butter (120g, softened);
3) 1 cup Kraft PHILADELPHIA cream cheese (225g, softened);
4) 10 of 31/40 size frozen shrimp;
5) 2.5 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
6) ½ tsp white vinegar, 2.5 tsp cold water.
Directions:
1: Soak frozen shrimps in cold water to defrost. Peel and devein the shrimp, rinse under cold water and drain well. Cut shrimps into very small pieces (Picture 1), set aside.
2: Measure in all ingredients of Ingredient 1) in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Beat butter and cream cheese at high speed in a mixing bowl for a few minutes (Picture 3). Beat in chopped green onion and chopped shrimp (Picture 4). Add flour (Picture 5); beat at low speed for a minute.
3: Add ingredients of Ingredient 6); mix with a spatula (Picture 6). Transfer all into a plastic bag and combine to form dough (Picture 7; use a plastic is bit easier to handle the dough). Turn out on lightly floured surface and gently knead 3-4 times and flatten the dough to a circle (Picture 8).
4: Roll out to 0.8 cm thick circle, cut with 5 cm cookie cutter (Picture 9) and place them on the parchment paper lined baking sheet about 3 cm apart (Picture 10). Stick the scraps together and make more biscuits. I made a total of 28 biscuits. If you can’t fit them all on the baking sheet, refrigerate and bake them later.
5: Bake biscuits at 425F/210C for 13-15 minutes until golden and puffed.

Amazed by The knowledge breadth, or what I’ve been mistaking for just good Googling skills.
A go-to resource, like a library but without the late fees.
I have been browsing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty value enough for me. Personally, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you probably did, the internet will likely be a lot more helpful than ever before.
