【Black pepper onion pork stir fry】

A quick and delicious dish, meat is so tender. You ought to try it.
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 Tender pork loin 360g:
2) 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp corn starch, ½ tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp cold water;
3) 2 tbsp Avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tsp sliced ginger;
4) 1 medium size onion (360g), 1/6 tsp ground black pepper;
5) 1.5 tbsp Premium oyster sauce;
Directions:
1: Remove white membrane on tender pork loin, rinse with water and cut into thin (about 1 mm) slices. Add all rest ingredients of Ingredient 2) (Picture 2) and massage the meat with your fingers for 2-3 minutes (Picture 2), set aside. Slice ginger, set aside. Peel off outer layer of onion, rinse with cold water and cut into slices (Picture 3).
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp Avocado oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced ginger and add marinaded pork for 1-2 minutes (Picture 4) until meat half cooked and remove from the pan, set aside.
3: Same saute pan on medium-high heat, add 0.5 tbsp oil, saute onion for about 1-2 minutes, add ground black pepper (Picture 5), sauté until onion just cooked.
4: Add cooked pork (Picture 6), stir, add 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce, stir and cook for 30 seconds until the meat just done. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
