【啤酒鸭】

还有半只鸭子,今天做了啤酒鸭,很好吃。

 【啤酒鸭】
用料:
1:鸭子半只1250克,
2:葱1根洗净切段,姜1小块10克去皮切片;
3:啤酒半瓶瓶180毫升,,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,老抽酱油1.5大匙,冰糖块1.5大匙(15克),盐1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、鸭子斩块洗净。大汤锅放半锅水,置炉上开火煮滚,下鸭块煮1~2分钟,沥水洗净备用。
2、所有2和3料放入电压力锅内胆里,放入鸭肉拌匀(图1),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档30分钟。

3、电压力锅完成程序后,冷却5-10分钟,放气减压打开盖子。将汁倒入一不粘锅里(图2),大中火收汁到1/4量,放入煮好的鸭块拌匀(图3)即可出锅食用了。

如果没有高压锅,3料的水要加1/2杯,然后盖上盖,用小火焖煮1小时。
