用料:
1：猪里脊肉260克，洗净切片；
2：盐1/2茶匙，生粉1大匙，老抽酱油2茶匙，水1.5大匙；
3：真空包装炒面一袋454克；
4：万字牌生抽酱油3大匙，橄榄油1.5大匙；
5：冬笋1个260克，剥去外皮切片飞水备用；
6：红柿子椒半个134克，洗净切丝备用；
7：油菜600克洗净切段备用；
8：橄榄油2.5大匙，葱花1大匙，姜蓉1茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
9：盐1茶匙，头抽酱油1大匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙；
10：香油2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、头一天，猪肉切片片拌上所有2料（图1），用手抓捏匀（图2），保湿冰箱过夜。
2、当天，大锅内放10杯水置炉上，开大火煮滚后，加面条搅散（图3），开大中火煮1分钟，沥干水后拌上4料。
3、拌好的面放入不粘锅里，置炉上开大中火，两面煎至微黄（图4）盛出备用。原不粘锅内放橄榄油1.5大匙置炉上，开大中火，放入肉片（图5）炒至八成熟，捞出备用。
4、原不粘锅再加橄榄油1大匙，炒香8料里的蒜蓉，姜蓉和葱花（图6），笋片翻炒片刻，然后放入油菜和红柿子椒丝（图7），炒至菜断生。
5、放入9料的调味料兜匀，然后放入炒过的肉片兜匀，关火后放入煎好的面条和10料香油拌匀即可。
