【排骨焖扁豆角】

最近可以在FarmBoy买到挺新鲜的扁豆角,跟排骨一起烧,很好味道。
用料:
1:猪肋排850克,温水洗净,沿骨缝切块备用;
2:油1大匙,葱两条洗净切段,姜片3-5片;
3:料酒1大匙,镇江香醋1大匙,糖1.5大匙,万字牌生抽酱油3大匙,盐3/4茶匙,水1杯;
4:扁豆角(Flat Beans)450克,掐去两端洗净切段备用。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、不粘锅里,加1大匙油,炒香葱段和姜片,放入排骨炒至排骨焦香。
2、依次放入3料煮滚,调小火焖煮1小时15分钟,然后放入豆角加盖再煮15分钟,然后收汁就可以出锅了。
