做法：
1、里脊肉切薄片，放入剩余1料，抓捏均匀，最好冰箱保湿过夜，当天做的话，静置20分钟。

4、原锅大火，再放0.5大匙油，炒香剩余4料里的葱花，蒜蓉和姜丝，接着放入芦笋和红柿子椒块翻炒几下，然后依次放入剩余5料，翻炒1-2分钟，接着放入炒好的肉片兜匀后，最后放入6料，轻轻兜匀出锅。
