这个菜简单易做，很下饭的菜。
用料:
1：里脊肉400克，盐1/2茶匙，生粉1大匙，水4大匙；
2：橄榄油2大匙，葱3条洗净切丝，姜3克切丝，豆酱1大匙；
3：料酒1茶匙，糖1/2茶匙，生抽酱油2茶匙，头抽酱油1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、前一天肉切丝，加所有剩余1料，抓捏均匀（图1），保湿冰箱过夜。这样肉丝会很嫩。
2、不粘锅，加2大匙油，置炉上开大中火，炒香2料里的姜丝和一半葱花及豆酱（图2），下肉丝翻炒至8成熟（图3）。
3、依次放入3料，炒至汁浓（图4）肉丝刚熟，兜匀出锅。
