【陈皮鸭】

今天做了陈皮鸭,LD很喜欢,还喝了杯啤酒,日子很美好。
用料:
1:鸭子半只1250克,
2:陈皮3~4小块(7克),八角1~2粒,葱2根洗净切段,姜1小块10克去皮切片;
3:绍酒1.5大匙,万字牌生抽酱油(Kikkoman soy sauce)2大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,糖1.5大匙,盐1/2茶匙,水2大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸭子斩块洗净。大汤锅放半锅水,置炉上开火煮滚,下鸭块煮1~2分钟,沥水洗净备用。
2、所有2和3料放入电压力锅内胆里(图1),放入鸭肉拌匀(图2),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档30分钟。
3、电压力锅完成程序后,冷却10分钟,放气减压打开盖子。将汁倒入一小锅里,大中火收汁到1/4量,放入煮好的鸭块拌匀即可出锅食用了。

如果没有高压锅,3料的水要多加1杯,然后盖上盖,用小火焖煮1小时。
朋友送我一只野鸭子, 可以做陈皮鸭吗?听说野鸭子没有普通鸭子肥,instant pot 还是调30分钟吗?
