【香辣合掌瓜丝】

合掌瓜是又便宜又好吃,做个凉拌的香辣合掌瓜带去爬梯也是很受欢迎的,瓜丝是非常的脆嫩,微酸香辣。
用料:
1:合掌瓜2个625g,去皮去核切丝备用;
2:盐3/4茶匙;
3:橄榄油1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花2茶匙;
4:镇江香醋1大匙,辣油1大匙,香油2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,糖1茶匙,1大匙风味香辣酱。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、大锅内放水8杯烧开,放入合掌瓜丝烫10秒钟(图1),冲冷水沥水后,加盐3/4茶匙拌匀腌10分钟,挤去多余汁,放一大碗或锅里备用。
2、不粘锅(我这个锅用了4年多了,煎鱼,煎豆腐都还很好不粘。),April 12-30, SPRING2011可省$50,hurry~~置炉上开中火,橄榄油1大匙,炒香蒜蓉和葱花离火(图2),后放入所有4料拌匀。
3、将2里做好的汁(图3)浇到合掌瓜丝上拌匀即可。
