【AirGo- Sweet and sour salmon fish balls】

糖醋三文鱼丸final 【AirGo  Sweet and sour salmon fish balls】
Prepare time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 5 servings

Ingredients:

1) 480g skinless boneless salmon fillet, center cut;
2) 2 green onions, 1 shallot (40g);
3) 1 extra large egg, ¼ tsp ground Chinese thirteen spice, ¼ tsp chichen broth mix, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce.
4) Sweet and sour sauce: 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp
light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1.5 tbsp lakanto sugar, 1 tsp corn starch, 6 tbsp cup water;
5) 2 tsp
olive oil, 1.5 tbsp fresh chopped green onion;
6) 1/2 tsp
sesame oil.

Directions:
1: Mice salmon fillet finely (Pictures 1) and add them to a bowl. Remove roots of green onions, rinse and chop finely. Remove skin of shallot, rinse with cold water and then chop finely, add chopped green onion and shallot to the minced salmon. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3, mix well with a spoon (Pictures 2).
2. Sweet and sour sauce: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) in a small bowl, mix well and set aside (Pictures 3). A large piece parchment paper and brush with 1 tsp oil. Dip a spoon in cold water, then spoon out about 1.5 tbsp meat and shape it in your palm until it forms a ball. Place it on the parchment paper, repeat to make all meatballs and place them on the parchment paper and leave a bit space in between.
3. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 410F and time to 6 min. press “start”” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, carefully place meat balls along the parchment paper in the pot (Picture 4). Close the lid (Picture 5), and let the program to finish.

4: When the program finishes, open the lid (Picture 6) and take out fish balls along with parchment paper and keep warm. Use “Function” to select the “Base heat” program, set temperature to 400F and time to 6 min. press “start”” to initiate the program. Add 1 tsp oil and 1.5 tbsp chopped green onion and stir a few times. Add the sweet and sour sauce, stir and cook for 4-5 min. (Picture 7) until thicken.
5: Open the lid and add precooked fish balls and ½ tsp sesame oil (Picture 8), stir gently and let all fish balls coated with the sauce. When program finishes, take out fish balls and serve warm.
