五彩鸡丝

用料:
1鸡胸肉300克洗净切丝,加1/2茶匙盐,1大匙生粉,3匙水拌匀静置半小时
2:黑木耳一把用水泡软洗净切丝。
3:冰冻笋150克,飞水后洗净切片备用。
4:小胡萝卜550克,洗净切丝备用。
5香菇5朵,用水泡软,洗净切片。
6:韭菜苔1120克,洗净切段备用。
7:绍酒1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,水3大匙。
8生粉1茶匙,水2大匙拌匀,鸡精1/4茶匙,香油1大匙。
9:橄榄油4大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,姜丝2茶匙,小红辣椒2个。

 

做法:
炒锅置炉上开大中火,放橄榄油3大匙,放入肉丝炒至八成熟捞出。原锅加橄榄油1大匙置炉上开大中火,放入蒜蓉姜丝炒香后下2345料炒匀后,依次加入5料炒至汁快干。接着到入韭菜苔翻炒半分钟,然后倒入炒好的肉丝,和所有8兜匀,再放下红辣椒翻炒几下出锅
