【Radish salad】

This is a very simple and low calorie dish, great for a summer day.

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 2 bunches radishes (625g net), 1 tsp salt;
2) 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp sesame oil ;
3) 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar;
4) 1 tbsp honey;
5) 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix (optional).
Directions:
1: Remove heads and roots of radishes, rinse with water to clean and drain (Picture 1). Crush each radish with a heavy knife (Picture 2).
2: Place radish pieces in a clean bowl, add 1tsp salt and mixt well (Picture 3), let stand for 20 minutes.
3: Squeeze radish to remove excess water and place in a clean bowl, add all ingredients of Ingredient 2)-5) (Picture 4) and toss to coat well.
4: In summer, chill radish salad in a fridge for 1 hour before serving.
