凉拌茼蒿

周末去华人超市,看到茼蒿,碧绿水嫩嫩的,买了一把。简单的凉拌茼蒿,就非常爽口,好吃。

凉拌茼蒿2 凉拌茼蒿用料:

1:茼蒿一把450,洗净备用。

2:小红辣椒2个,去仔洗净切细丝。

3:橄榄油2茶匙,蒜末1大匙,葱花2茶匙,姜小块5克切丝,盐1/2茶匙,糖2.5茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,镇江香醋2茶匙,香油2茶匙。

 

做法:

大号汤锅装大半锅水,置炉上开大火,烧开。放入茼蒿烫10秒(图A),捞出沥水能后,切段(图B)。

不粘锅
置炉上开中小火,放入2料里的油,炒香葱花,红辣椒丝,姜丝和蒜末(图C)关火后,依次放入剩余3料拌匀(图D),将汁浇到烫好切段的茼蒿上拌匀即可。
