凉拌豆腐

用料:

1:包仔豆腐一包,400g。水冲洗一下切片,再用开水烫一下,沥水备用。

2:福建肉松1大匙,做法见福建肉松 ,也可用你喜欢的肉松。
3:盐1/2 茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙,金兰酱油膏1大匙,香油2茶匙。
4:橄榄油2茶匙,姜末1/2茶匙,葱花2大匙。

做法:小煎锅内放橄榄油置炉上,开中火放入姜末葱花炒香后,离火冷凉,加2和3料拌匀。将拌匀的汁到入豆腐片。吃前拌匀即可。
