啤酒蹄膀

用料:
1：去骨的蹄膀，切大块900克，洗净，开水里烫一分钟，冲冷水沥水备用。
2：啤酒1瓶（Honey Brown， 341ml），万字牌生抽酱油2大匙，金兰老抽酱油1大匙，盐1/2茶匙，冰糖1小块25克。
3：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1茶匙。
做法：
炒锅置炉上开大中火，放1大匙橄榄油，加蹄膀炒至焦香。接着加放入2料煮至滚。调小火焖煮2个钟头。然后调中火收汁，撒上葱花即可出锅。
好吃。
