怪味腐竹


怪味腐竹

用料:
1:干腐竹170克,用温水泡软,切断备用。

2绍酒1大匙,熟芝麻1大匙研碎,糖1.5茶匙,盐1茶匙,开水2大匙,辣椒油1大匙,花椒粉1/2茶匙,镇江香醋2茶匙。

3:鸡精1/4茶匙,香油2茶匙。

4:菜油1大匙,香菜末3大匙,姜末1茶匙。

 

做法:
洗净的腐竹开水里烫一下,沥水。炒锅内放菜油1大匙置炉上,开中火放入姜末和花椒粉1/2茶匙炒香后关火,接着加香菜末和所有23料拌匀成汁,将烫好的腐竹倒入拌匀即可食用。色泽淡雅,别有风味。
