怪味鸡

用料:
1:鸡腿5只500克,洗净剔去骨头。
2:水2大匙,酱油膏1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,醋2茶匙,花生酱1大匙,辣油1大匙,香油2茶匙。
3:橄榄油2茶匙,蒜末1大匙,姜蓉1茶匙,葱花1大匙,花椒粉1/4茶匙。
4:姜片3片,葱段5段。
做法:
中号锅加半锅水,置炉上开大火煮滚,调中小火,下鸡腿肉焖煮10分钟(保持水微沸),捞出鸡肉泡冷冰水至冷,沥水切块摆盘备用。 小号不沾锅放油2茶匙,置炉上开中火,放入蒜末,姜蓉和花椒粉炒香,关火后放入葱花及所有2料,拌匀成汁,将汁淋到煮好的鸡块上即可。
