【Air fryer maple syrup salmon cubes】

I like to use AirGo’s“Air Fryer” function to make meals. The preheating is fast and very convenient compared to conventional oven. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1) 900g skinless salmon fillet center cut;
2) 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce , 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp maple syrup;
3) 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds.
Directions:
1: Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towel, dice into 3 cm cubes (Picture 1). Add all the ingredients of Ingredient 2 and mix well (Picture 2), store in the fridge for 24 hours and turn over once.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】 cooker and turn on the power. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, adjust temp to 420F and time to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, pat dry salmon cubes and mix with 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (Picture 3).
3: After the preheat done, line the pan with parchment paper, arrange salmon cubes inside (Picture 4), close the lid, and let the program continue. After cooking for 12 minutes or until hear flip beeping reminder sound, open the lid, turn over the salmon cubes (Picture 5), close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When it is done, take out salmon cubes and serve warm.
