Ingredients:
1) 900g skinless salmon fillet center cut;
2) 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce , 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp maple syrup;
3) 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds.
Directions:
1: Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towel, dice into 3 cm cubes (Picture 1). Add all the ingredients of Ingredient 2 and mix well (Picture 2), store in the fridge for 24 hours and turn over once.

After cooking for 12 minutes or until hear flip beeping reminder sound, open the lid, turn over the salmon cubes (Picture 5), close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When it is done, take out salmon cubes and serve warm.
