梅子焖牛肉

买了包梅子太酸,拿来烧牛肉,很棒。
用料:
1:牛肉腱850克洗净切小块,开水中烫煮3分钟,洗净备用。
2:绍酒4大匙,水2杯,盐1/3茶匙,糖1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,金兰老抽酱油3大匙。
3:葱1根切段,梅子12粒。
4:胡萝卜2条,去皮洗净,滚刀切小块。
5:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,葱段4条。
做法:
锅内放飞过水的牛肉块,和所有2和平3料,置炉上开大火煮至滚。开小火焖煮1个钟,然后放入胡萝卜再焖煮30分钟,间中翻翻,然后开中火稍收汁,放下生粉水煮浓稠,撒上葱段兜匀即可。
