1117 油焖豆腐泡


用料:
1:豆腐泡一包150g用热水洗净冷水冲洗备用。
2:万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,金兰老抽酱油2.5大匙,糖2大匙,水1/2杯。
3:香油2茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙
4:橄榄油1大匙,葱1条切段,八角1个。

 

做法:

 

炒锅内放1大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入葱段和八角炒香,接着下豆腐泡翻炒几下,加2料煮至滚。调中火焖煮3-5分钟,调大火收汁,淋上香油放鸡精兜匀即可出锅
