Ingredients:
1) 1 Portobello mushroom (230g);
2) 3 large free range eggs, ½ tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken borth mix, 1 tbsp cold water;
3) 2 cilantros, roots removed, rinsed and chopped;
4) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
5) 1/3 tsp salt, 1/6 ground white pepper;
6) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse the mushroom and dice (Picture 1). Plugin the Ropot, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 1.5 tbsp oil, chopped green onion, diced mushroom and all ingredients of Ingredient 4)(Picture 2), close the lid, press Function to select Saute, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 1.5 minutes, program starts automically.
2: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 3), add chopped cilantro (Picture 4). Beat eggs with all the rest of ingredients of Ingredient 2), add the egg mixture to the pot (Picture 5).
3: Add 1 tsp sesame oil, close the lid, press Function to select Saute, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 2 minutes, program starts automically (Picture 6).
4: When it is done, open the lid, transfer the cooked mushroom and egg stir fry to a serving plate before serving. Yummy!!
