泰式凤爪

酸甜咸辣可口，还有柠檬香味，挺棒的一款凉菜。
用料:
1：鸡爪子725克，洗净，剪去爪尖，沥水备用。
2：盐2茶匙，鸡精1/4茶匙。
3：柠檬1个，皮一半切丝，挤汁备用。
4：紫洋葱1/4个100克切丝，小红辣椒3个切丝备用。
5：蒜片1.5大匙，糖1大匙。
做法：
大锅内放水8杯烧开，加洗净的鸡爪，调小火煮12分钟，冲冷水，沥水后拌上盐和鸡精，接着将3，4，5料拌入。然后将拌匀的鸡爪及汁转入一塑料袋里，像这样。
冰箱冷藏过夜，第二天泰式凤爪即可食用。
