【Stir fried Luffa in soy paste】

Ingredients:
1) 2 Luffas (750g);
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp miced garlic;
3) ½ tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken flavored borth mix, 1/6 tsp ground black pepper;
4) 1 tbsp soy paste, 1/6 tbsp brown sugar;
Directions:
1: Peel off Luffa skin (Picture 1) and rinse. Cut into 1 inch small pieces (Picture 2), set aside (Picture 3).
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil, chopped green onion and minced garlic to the pot (Picture 4). Add luffa pieces and all ingredients of Ingredient 3)(Picture 5). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1 minute, program starts.
4: When the program ends, open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 4)(Picture 6), close the lid. Press Function to select StirFry again, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 1.5 minutes, program starts.
5: When the program ends, open the lid from the side. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
