Ingredients:
1) 900g skinless salmon fillet center cut;
2) 1.5 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tsp fermented chili bean curd sauce;
3) 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce , 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 2/3 tsp salt, ¼ tsp Sichuan ground pepper, ½ tsp chili powder, 1tbsp dark brown sugar;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil;
5) 2 tsp dried chili pepper pieces.
Directions:
1: Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towel, dice into 2 cm cubes (Picture 1). Add all the ingredients of Ingredient 2)-4) and mix well (Picture 2), store in the fridge for 6 hours.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】 cooker and turn on the power. Use “Function” to select the “AirFry” program, adjust temp to 420F and time to 22 minutes. Meanwhile, pat dry salmon cubes and mix with 3 tsp chili pieces (Picture 3).
3: After the preheat done, line the pan with parchment paper, arrange salmon cubes inside (Picture 4), close the lid, and let the program continue (Picture 5). After cooking for 12 minutes or until hear flip beeping reminder sound, open the lid (Picture 6), turn over the salmon cubes, close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When it is done, take out salmon cubes and serve warm.
