Ingredients:

1) 1 slice frezon Antarctic toothfish (400g), ½ tsp salt, 1/6 tsp ground black pepper;
2) 1 tbspAvocado oil,;
3) 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp freshly minced garlic;
4) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil.

Directions:

1: Soak frozen fish in cold water to defrost, pat dry and season with salt, ground blackpepper on both sides (Picture 1).
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil to the flat bottom inner pot. Add fish (Picture 2), close the lid, press Function to select Panfry function. When 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1 minute, program starts.

4: When the program ends, open the lid, turn over the fiah, add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) and 4) (Picture 3), close the lid. Press Function to select PanFry again, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1 minute.
5: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 4), transfer cooked fish to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
