【AirGo-Egg scallion wrap】

Very simple and easy to make with use of AirGo breakfast. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients:
1) 2 Tortillas;
2) 2 large eggs, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 2tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
3) Sauce: 1 tbsp Sweet flour paste, 1 tbsp fermented chili soy bean curd sauce, mix well;
4) 2 tsp avocado oil or other cooking oil.
Directions:
1: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Base heat” program, set temperature to 375F and time to 15 min. press “start” to initiate the program. Brush the pan with 1 tsp cooking oil, add one Tortilla (Picture 1), close the lid (Picture 3) and let the program continue.
2: Meanwhile, beat 2 eggs, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth and 2tbsp chopped green onion (Picture 2) to mix. After cooking about 2 minutes, open the lid, pour ½ amount of beaten egg mixture (Picture 3) evenly on the Tortilla (Picture 5) and then close the lid, let the program continue.
3: After 1-2 min. cooking, open the lid, turn over the Tortilla and brush with the sauce (Pictures 4-5). Close the lid and let the program continue.
4: Cook for another 1-2 min. Roll it tightly, take out and cut into 4 pieces before serving. Repeat for the other one.
