【Sweet Rice Stir Fry】

Serves: 6 serving
Ingredients:
1) 2 cups glutinous (sweet) rice;
2) 2 lean Chinese sausage (you can get it in Chinese grocery store);
3) 1 green onion, rinse and finely chopped;
4) 2 tbsp avocado oil;
5) 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp. premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, ¼ tsp salt;
6) 4×1/4 cup water.
Directions:
1: Ahead of time soak sweet rice in cold water for 8-10 hours (Picture 1). Cut the sausages into thin slices (Picture 2), set aside.
2: Plugin the Ropot, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 2 tbsp oil, chopped green onion and sliced sausage (Picture 3), close the lid. Press Function to select Stirfry, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press- sign and decrease time to 1.5minutes, program starts automatically.
3: When it is done, open the lid and add soaked and drained rice (Picture 4), close the lid. Press Function to select Manual, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press + sign and increase time to 14 minutes, then press Stir key and let it continually stir while cooking.
4: After 2 minutes cooking, open the lid from the side and add all ingredients of Ingredient 5) (Picture 5), close the lid. Then every 2 minutes add ¼ cup cold water while it is cooking (Picture 6).
5: When it is done, open the lid, transfer the cooked rice to a serving plate before serving. Yummy!!
