电压力锅做【紫薯粥】

紫薯一般甜又好吃,有时拿来煮紫薯粥, 很棒呢。自从有了 快煲电压力锅,煮粥很方便,不用呆在厨房里看着。
用料:
1:珍珠麦(Pearl barley)3大匙,去壳大麦粒(Pot barley)3大匙,紫糯米3大匙,荞麦仁(Buckwheat)3大匙,糯米3大匙;
2:眉豆(Black eye beans)3大匙,红豆3大匙,Romano beans 3大匙,糙米(Brown rice)3大匙;
3:紫薯1个300克,去皮洗净切小丁;
4:苏打粉(Baking soda)1/6茶匙(可以不放),水8杯;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、用的是这个紫薯(图1)将1和2料冲洗干净放入 快煲电压力锅,然后加水到8杯的线,然后放入切好的紫薯块和苏打粉(图2),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选“粥”挡(Congee)和长的程序45分钟即可(图3)。
2、程序完成后,冷10分钟后,可慢慢手动排气,打开锅就可以,吃粥了。
