【AirGo- shrimp and egg stir fry】

Ingredients:
1) 454g medium size frozen deveined white shrimps;
2) 1/2 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp corn starch, 1tsp sesame oil ;
3) 3 extra large eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 3 tbsp freshly chopped green onion,;
5) 1.5 tsp premium soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Place shrimps in the sink filled with cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse and drain well. Combine shrimps with ingredients of Ingredient 2) in a bowl (Picture 1), mix well and massage for a minute, set aside for 10 minutes. Place all ingredients of Ingredient 3) in a bowl, beat well set aside.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 6 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat is done, add 1.5 tbsp cooking oil and shrimps (Picture 2). Close the lid and let the program continue.
3: After cooking about 2.5 minutes, open the lid, stir a few times (Picture 3). Add beaten egg mixture (Picture4) over the shrimps (Picture 5). Then close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When only 1min. cooking time left, open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 5) and stir a few times (Picture 6). Close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, transfer cooked shrimp and egg stir fry to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
