【AirGo-oyster mushroom eggs】

I used AirGo’s“Air Fryer” function to make this dish, very nice. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 3 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1package organic black oyster mushrooms (150g);
2) 3 large eggs, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix;
3) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
4) 1/3 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp freshly ground black pepper;
5).1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Oyster mushroom (Picture 1) rinse with water, drain and pat dry with paper towel. Place eggs and all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 2) in a bowl, beat well (Picture 3).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 9 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat is done, add 1.5 tbsp cooking oil, mushrooms, 1/3 tsp salt and 1/6 ground black pepper (Picture 2), stir a few times. Close the lid and let the program continue.
3: After cooking about 6 minutes (when beeping), open lid, stir a few times and pour mixed eggs to the pot (Picture 4), and then close the lid, let the program continue.
4: When only 1 min. cooking time left, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil and stir a few times (Picture 5). Close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, transfer cooked mushroom and egg to serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
