Ingredients:
1) ½ cup mung bean starch, 3.5 cups cold water;
2) avocado oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic;
3) 1-2 cilantro, roots removed, rinsed and chopped;
Sauce:
4) 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp brown sugar, 1/6 ground white pepper, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix ;
5) 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Directions:

4: Clean the inner pot of the RoPot, press Power to preheat. Add 1 tbsp avocado oil and all ingredients of Ingredient 2) and 3) (Picture 6). Close the lid, press the Function key to select StirFry, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 1.5 minutes (Picture 7).
5: When it is done, transfer the cooked green onion, garlic and cilantro mixture to the starch jelly (Picture 8), add the sauce and toss gently before serving. Yummy!!
