芝士司康 (Cheese Scones )

跟毛毛在家做了这个芝士司康,烤的时候香味满室,趁热食用非常酥松。毛毛说:“Yummy Cheese Scones!”,结果一口气吃了好几个。

1188 芝士司康 (Cheese Scones )
用料:
1:牛油80克(Butter),室温软化。
2:中筋面粉(All Purpose Flour)250克, 泡打粉(Baking Powder)1茶匙, 盐1/4茶匙,拌匀。
3:牛奶145克。
4:车打芝士丝(Shredded Cheddar Cheese)100克。
5:干迷迭香(Dried Rosemary)1茶匙,干牛至(Dried Oregano)1茶匙,干百里香(Dried Thyme)1茶匙,。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,
做法:
牛油室温软化后(图A),筛入2料(图B),用叉子拌成肉馅状(图C)。接着放入牛奶到牛油面粉里的井中(图D)。
2125 芝士司康 (Cheese Scones )
用叉子稍拌匀,接着放入车打芝士丝和香料5料(图E),用叉子拌匀(图F)。用手捏起成团(图G),不要揉。然后将面团擀成厚1厘米的饼(可用非常少量的干面粉),用饼干模压出(图H)饼柸,放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上,放入预热至375F/190oC的烤箱内,烤17-20分钟至司康表面金黄(图I)。
趁热吃,外面酥松,里面香软,好好吃。
