【Bitter melon and Chinese sausage stir fry】

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 2 bitter melon 375g;
2) 1 Chinese sausage;
3) 2 tsp Avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
4) 2 tsp premium soy sauce, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1/3 tsp sugar;
5) 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix.
Directions:
1: Peel off bitter melon skin, cut the melons lengthwise in half and scoop out both the seeds and any pith (Picture 1). Cut into 4 mm strips (Picture 2), set aside. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
2: Plugin the Ropot cooker, press Power button. Add 2 tsp Avocado oil, chopped green onion, minced garlic and sliced sausage in the cooker (Picture 3). Close the cover, press Function to select Saute and decrease time to 1.5 min by press the – sign, program starts automatically (Picture 5).
3: When the Saute program ends, open the lid from side, avoiding the hot steam, add sliced bitter melon and all ingredients in Ingredient 4) and 5) to the cooker (Picture 6), close the lid.
4: Press Function to select Saute program. After 3 minutes when the program ends, open the lid, remove the inner pot and transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
