【Pan Fried Baby Potatoes】

Serves: 4 serving
Ingredients:
1) 16 baby potatoes (560g);
2) 2 tbsp avocado oil, 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
3) ¾ tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, ¼ tsp paprika.
Directions:
1: Wash potatoes and place inside the InstantPot , add 1 cup water (Picture 1). Close the lid, select “Pressure cook” for 5 minutes. When it is done, wait for 3 minutes and release the pressure and open the lid (Picture 2). Take out the cooked potatoes and place on a plate, press them (Picture 3).
2: Plugin the Ropot, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 2 tbsp oil and potatoes (Picture 4), close the lid, press Function to select Panfry, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press + sign and increase time to 5 minutes, program starts automatically.
3: When it is done, open the lid (Picture 5), add chopped green onion ¾ tsp salt evenly over the potatoes. Turn over the potatoes and then add black pepper, paprika and chicken broth mix evenly.
4: Press Function to select Panfry, program starts automatically.
5: When it is done, open the lid, add 1 tbsp chopped green onion (Picture 6) and press “Toss” to mix. Transfer the cooked potatoes to a serving plate before serving. Yummy!!
