【Shrimp egg and garlic shoot stir fry】

Ingredients:
1) 1Package deveined medium size frozen shrimps (454g);
2) 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1.5 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp sesame oil;
3) 3 extra large eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion;
4) 1 bunch garlic shoot (185g);
5) 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce;
6) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse and drain well. Combine shrimps with all ingredients of Ingredient 2) in a bowl, mix well (Picture 1), set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse garlic shoot with water and drain, then cut into 0.5 cm long pieces (Picture 2). Place all ingredients of Ingredient 3) in a bowl, beat well.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 1 tbsp oil to the inner pot. Add shrimps, close the lid, press Function to select Sauté function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 2 minutes, program starts automatically (Picture 3).
3: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 4) and transfer cooked shrimps to a bowl. Add another 1tbsp oil to the inner, then add chopped garlic shoot (Picture 5), close the lid. Press Function to select Sauté again, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 2 minutes, program starts automatically. During the cooking, open the lid from side and add 1 tbsp premium soy sauce and then close lid and let the program continue.
4: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 6), add beaten egg mixture (Picture 7). Close the lid, press Function to select Sauté again, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 2 minutes, program starts automatically. When only 30 seconds left, open the lid from the side and add cooked shrimps and ½ tsp sesame oil, then close lid and let the program continue.
5: When it is done, transfer cooked egg, garlic shoot and shrimps to a serving plate and serve immediately with some steamed rice.
