薰衣草酥饼

朋友给了一包薰衣草(Lavender)干花,用它烤了这个饼干,烤的时候,好香。毛毛试吃后,也很喜欢。

薰衣草酥饼1 薰衣草酥饼

用料:

1:黄油(Butter)1/2杯(115克),白糖1/3-1/2杯(根据自己喜好,我用了85克),香草香精(Vanilla Extract)1茶匙,薰衣草(Lavender)干花1大匙。

2:中筋面粉(All purpose flour)1杯(160克),同泡打粉1/2茶匙拌匀。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。1杯=240毫升。以上量做24个薰衣草酥饼。

做法:
黄油室温软化,用搅拌器高速打几分钟(图A),然后加入白糖糖粉,再高速打匀。

接着放入薰衣草干花和香草香精(图B),再打均匀。然后放入2料的面粉(图C),低速打到拌匀成肉糜样(图D)。手上沾点干面粉,用小勺舀出大约1大匙面团,用手轻轻捏成1.2厘米球状放入铺了烤盘纸的烤盘里(图E),接着用一玻璃杯底部在少量白糖里沾下,将面团球压扁平(图F)。放入预热至300F/150oC的烤箱内,烤16分钟左右,冷凉即可食用。
