虾仁玉子豆腐

用料:
1:冰冻带壳虾180克,去肠去壳洗净沥水,盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉2茶匙,水1大匙拌匀腌20分钟。
2:玉子豆腐两包500克,切片。
3:罐头草菇1/2杯,水冲洗后一切两半。
4:万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1.5大匙,糖1/2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,水1/2杯。
5:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1大匙。
6:菜籽油2大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙。
7:小红辣椒3个,洗净。
做法:
不粘炒锅置炉上开大中火,内放菜籽油2大匙,将腌好的虾仁放入划散炒至八成熟捞出。原锅留油置炉上开大中火,炒香葱花和蒜蓉,加入3料拌炒半分钟后,放入所有的4-5料煮滚,接着放入7料兜匀后,接着放下红辣椒,玉子豆腐片和炒好的虾仁,轻轻翻炒兜匀即可起锅装盘。
