亲爱的毛毛妈，今天收拾柜子找出好多原料啊，哈哈，刚看您帖子时候，对西点这块特感兴趣，每个帖子都翻了一遍，然后讲需要的原料都采购了。结果过了一段时间，忘了有些原料是做什么的了，汗~~~好像有买错的东西，请问Whipped cream做什么比较好呢？Heavy Whipping Cream还有这个做什么比较好，我有点混淆。白粘米粉，做了一个黑芝麻的东东，味道挺好，就是样子不如您做的，请问这个白粘米粉还可以做点什么呢？问题有点多，您有空就帮我回一下哦，辛苦啦~
Whipped cream：可以做戚风蛋糕卷里面的奶油。
Heavy Whipping Cream：是液体的话，可以做汤种北海道面包，椰蓉面包等。
白粘米粉做萝卜糕很好吃的。
毛毛妈，请问蒸蛋糕一定要放泡打粉吗？放的糖很多啊，1/2杯就是120克，都快赶上中筋面粉的量了。
放泡打粉有利蛋糕蓬松。你可以将糖减到1/3杯，看个人喜好。
毛毛妈，你有没有做过马卡龙（macaron）？说实话，在店里买的macaron, 夹在当中的filling对我而言太甜了点。期待你能发表一个macaron的配方。

请问烤戚风用下火烤还是上下火都用呢？
我的烤箱用bake是下火。
