配粥小菜-【三杯酱瓜】

自己做酱瓜吃起来更放心,也容易做,非常脆。大家不妨试试。
用料:
1:小黄瓜750克,洗净备用;
2:白醋1/2杯(Pickling vinegar),盐1茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1/2杯,老抽酱油3大匙,糖1杯。
3:干净玻璃瓶。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、小黄瓜洗净切去头尾(图1),一切两段。
2、中号锅放入所有2料(图2),置炉上开大火,煮滚。调中小,分批放入黄瓜烫10-15秒中(图3),捞出(图4)。
3、如上重复2次烫黄瓜,切1厘米片,放入一大干净玻璃瓶里,等烫黄瓜汁冷后,倒入瓶中,加盖冰箱冷藏2天就可以食用了。
