【Sauerkraut and claim meat stir fry】

Ingredients:
1) 1 package Chinese sauerkraut 300g;
2) 1 package frozen clam meat 340g;
3) 1 tbsp Avocado oil or olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 2-3 slices of ginger, 5-6 dried chili pepper;
4) 1/3 tsp salt, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp threen spice, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) ½ tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Soak sauerkraut in cold water for at least 4 hours (Picture 1), wash, drain and chop into fine pieces (Picture 2). Place frozen clams in cold water to thaw, rinse and drain well (Picture 3).
2: Power up the Ropot cooker, press Power button to let it preheat. Add 1 tbsp Avocado oil, chopped green onion, minced garlic, sliced ginger and dried chili peppers to the pot (Picture 4). Close the lid, press Function to select Saute function, after 3 seconds the program starts.
3: When the program runs at 1.5 minute, open the lid and add the chopped sauerkraut, close the lid and let the program continue. When the first program ends, open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) and clams (Picture 6), close the lid, press Function to select Saute function again, after 3 seconds, the program starts.
4: After 3 minutes when the program ends, open the lid and add ½ tsp sesame oil, press Toss button to mix.
5: When the Toss program ends (15 seconds), remove the pot and transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
