用料:

1精瘦猪肉馅525gCostco, extra lean ground pork),葱2根切碎,姜末1.5茶匙。
23/4茶匙,鸡蛋1只,生粉2大匙,鸡精1/4 茶匙,绍酒1大匙,水4大匙
34大匙,镇江香醋3大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙1/3茶匙鸡精1/4 茶匙,水4大匙
4生粉2茶匙,水3大匙拌匀,香油2茶匙。
5玉米油4大匙,2根切丝,姜片2

 

做法:

12料放一盆内,用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至馅上劲。炒锅置炉上开大中火,放入玉米油4大匙烧热。左手沾上水(这样肉馅不沾手),用一汤勺沾下水取一份肉馅(分成20份)反复与左手掌和勺之间搓成肉丸后入锅内,如此做好剩余的肉丸煎黄盛出。弃去油洗净锅置炉上开中火,放入3和剩余的5料煮滚,放入煎好的肉丸兜匀煮1-2分钟,淋下4拌匀出锅
