醋熘丸子

用料:
1：精瘦猪肉馅525g（Costco, extra lean ground pork），葱2根切碎，姜末1.5茶匙。
2：盐3/4茶匙，鸡蛋1只，生粉2大匙，鸡精1/4 茶匙，绍酒1大匙，水4大匙。
3：糖4大匙，镇江香醋3大匙，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，盐1/3茶匙，鸡精1/4 茶匙，水4大匙。
4：生粉2茶匙，水3大匙拌匀，香油2茶匙。
5：玉米油4大匙，葱2根切丝，姜片2片。
做法：
将1和2料放一盆内，用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至馅上劲。炒锅置炉上开大中火，放入玉米油4大匙烧热。左手沾上水（这样肉馅不沾手），用一汤勺沾下水取一份肉馅（分成20份）反复与左手掌和勺之间搓成肉丸后入锅内，如此做好剩余的肉丸煎黄盛出。弃去油洗净锅置炉上开中火，放入3和剩余的5料煮滚，放入煎好的肉丸兜匀煮1-2分钟，淋下4料拌匀出锅。
