【Baked salmon in fermented black bean sauce】

Today I used AirGo “Oven” function to bake salmon, very fast and convenient compared to use of regular oven. To purchase click: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.
Cook time: 9 minutes
Stand time: 5 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 650g skinless salmon fillet center cut;
2) ½ tsp salt, 1/6 tsp black ground pepper, 2 tsp packed brown sugar, 1 tbsp fermented black bean sauce;
3) 2 tsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic;
4).1.5 tbsp premium soy sauce.
Directions:
1: Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) and 3) evenly on the fish fillet (Picture 1), set aside.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Oven” program, press “Pause” then adjust temperature to 420F, then press “start” to continue the program. After the preheat is done, place the fillet inside the pot and pour 1.5 tbsp premium soy sauce on the fish, close the lie and let the program continue.
3: After cooking about 7-8 minutes, open lid (Picture 2), and check the fish with a spoon, continue baking until inside of the fish is almost cooked.
4: Press “Cancel” key to end the program and transfer cooked fish to a serving plate and serve warm.
