【Chinese mushroom and sausage rice】

Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 15 Chinese dry mushroom;
2) 1 lean Chinese sausage (you can get it in Chinese grocery store);
3) 2 green onions, root removed, washed and finely chopped;
4) 1 and 3/4 cups long grain rice;
5) 1 tbspavacoda oil;
6) 2/3 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 cups and 5 tbsp water;
Directions:
1: Ahead of time soak mushrooms in cold water until soft about a few hours, rinse with water and slice. Cut the sausages into thin slices (Picture 1), set aside.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil to the inner pot. Add ¾ chopped green onions, sliced sausage and mushroom (Picture 2), close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function. When 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1.5 minutes, program starts.
4: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 3), add all ingredients of Ingredient 6) (Picture 4). Close the lid, press Function to select Braise function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press + sign and increase time to 20 minutes.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add the rest of chopped green onions, close the lid and press Toss function. When it is done, transfer cooked rice to a serving plate and serve immediately.
