鲜美养生【虫草排骨鸡汤】

这边的小母鸡(Cornish Hen)煮出的鸡汤,还是很鲜美的。这次放了几根冬虫夏草,还有黑木耳,补补啊。真是爱S这个 快煲电压力锅,真是方便好用!煮好香喷喷的一锅汤,锅盖还很干净。
用料:
1:排骨(Baby ribs)500克;
2:小母鸡一只750克;
3:干黑木耳一把,用水泡软,洗净备用;冬虫夏草5条;
4:生姜2-3片,葱条洗净切段;
5:盐2 1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、排骨切开洗净,入大号锅,飞水洗净备用。小母鸡去掉多余脂肪洗净备用。
2、将所有1-4料放入 快煲电压力锅内锅里,加水到10杯线。加盖选汤档(Soup),选正常时间45分钟,启动程序。
3、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等15分钟,放气减压打开盖(图3),放上盐调味就可以了。
